In order to integrate technology effectively, it’s important to have a good understanding of pedagogy, too. As teachers, we should be integrating technology to ENHANCE the teaching that is already happening…it should help the students learn additional skills. We shouldn’t be adding technology for the sake of adding technology. Technology should make our lessons better. It should help our students learn important technology skills in addition to teaching them the content at hand. It should help them become better critical thinkers and allow them to learn 21st century skills.
